Fund purchases for Back to Basics Portfolio

I placed the orders on Sunday and have not been back online until today to find out the prices I paid, and report that here.

The Portfolio started the year at 85% cash, and moved to 100% cash on February 24, 2020. 

Recently I have bought enough SVXY and USO to move back to 85% cash. 

It would be nice to have two up days in a row to demonstrate that investor confidence has stopped falling. I'm hoping today will be the second up day in a row.

3/23/20  Increased SVXY position 100% at 30.05

Average cost reduced from 34.92 to 32.48
