US railroad container and trailer carloads up +4.9% for 2021, but finish the year very weak

down -13.7 percent,

compared to the same week in 2020.

 

ONE  MONTH of DECEMBER  2021:

1,224,780 containers and trailers,

down -8.2 percent,

from the same month last year.  

FULL  YEAR  2021: 

14,142,442 containers and trailers,

up +4.9 percent,  

from full year 2020
