Following dishonest seasonal adjustments last month, this month I'm presenting raw data with no seasonal adjustments:

Total non-farm payroll employment, not seasonally adjusted, was up 6,838,000 from February 2021 to February 2022, but was down -343,000 from October 2021 through February 2022:
