Joe Biden ends fracking on federal land

During the Vice-Presidential debate, 
Kamala Harris said :
 “Joe Biden will not ban fracking. 
That is a fact”


On the first day of his administration, President Biden implemented a fracking ban on federal land, using an executive order.
